After months of hard work, MVPro Media’s new automation news platform is ready. Starting today, the 11th of November 2021, all published news about the automation, computer vision, machine vision and robotics industries can be found respectively on Automate Pro Europe, CVPro, MVPro and RBPro. Here’s what they are, how they work and what it means for our readers.

What is Automate Pro Europe?

Automate Pro Europe is our new online automation news hub and flagship publication for our print and digital magazine. It’s where the best daily news, interviews and special features are published from the automation industry. Automate Pro Europe is joined by CVPro, RBPro and an updated MVPro, three online publications which publish news throughout the week as specialised branches of their respective industries. Automate Pro Europe and its three specialised branches have, as MVPro previously did, a European focus.

How do the new publications work?

Automate Pro Europe is our main brand and automation news hub. It’s where our readers can view exclusive interviews, guest posts and features, as well as the best daily news hand-picked from CVPro, MVPro and RBPro. CVPro, MVPro and RBPro publish daily news from the computer vision, machine vision and robotics industries respectively.

All four publications have their own website and can be accessed at the top of each homepage by clicking on the corresponding logo. Viewing specific news and features, industries, technologies, magazines and jobs via our archives is easier than ever thanks to our updated and streamlined formats.

Just as MVPro did, Automate Pro Europe publishes a Friday newsletter containing our favourite news each week. Our readers can sign up for the newsletter when prompted on any of the sites or at the bottom of any of the publication homepages. Automate Pro Europe also publishes a free quarterly digital magazine.

Why create an automation news hub?

The proverb, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” may come to mind when thinking about the move away from MVPro as our main news hub. However, at Automate Pro Europe we’re in a unique position to watch a broad spectrum of essential industries evolve. We’ve done this over the past five years as MVPro and we believe it’s become clear that a primary accelerator of Industry 4.0  is automation. With that in mind, we’ve decided to focus on the three industries we believe contribute the most to and are affected the most by advancements in automation – computer vision, machine vision and robotics.

What do you need to do?

Nothing at all, except to enjoy perusing our new platform. The old MVPro Media weblink automatically redirects to the new one. From there, our readers can access all our content.
