Delta, a power and thermal management solutions company, has announced that it has been named the winner of the “Excellent Technical & Service Partners” at China Telecom Global’s (CTG) inaugural award program. The award was presented at CTG’s Annual Supplier & Partner Excellence Conference in April 2021.

Delta is a total solutions partner for CTG in power and data centre infrastructure, providing a range of solutions from Delta Group in support of CTG’s requirements. Delta has previously received various global awards and recognition for its business achievements, technologies and dedication to CSR. Since 2011, it has been listed on the DJSI World Index of Dow Jones Sustainability™ Indices for 8 consecutive years. In 2017, Delta was selected by CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) for its Climate Change Leadership Level for the 2nd consecutive year.

Rakesh Mukhija, Head of Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS) at Delta EMEA, said: “Delta is thrilled to have won such a high profile award from an organisation as prestigious as CTG. This accolade reiterates our commitment to being a trusted advisor and value-enhancing partner for our key accounts like CTG. Delta has put in considerable effort to ensure that it is not merely a component supplier, but a true solution provider with the in-depth local market and technical knowledge. This award reflects the maturity of our experience and our offerings today, and it will inspire us to continue to strive for success in all that we do”.

Delta was selected as the winner of the award for its presence in the market, expertise, technical knowledge and local market understanding. Delta offers a wide range of products, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software solution, to protect hardware and mission-critical applications, as well as to increase the ease of management on a comprehensive platform.

Delta says the award is an “independent acknowledgement” of its strategy of investing to make ongoing improvements to its solutions and services and by doing so, delivering “further benefits to the environment and end-users alike, enabling them to be more efficient and productive, while reducing their energy costs and carbon footprint”.

Delta, founded in 1971, is a provider of switching power supplies and thermal management products. It boasts a portfolio of smart energy-saving systems and solutions in the fields of industrial automation, building automation, telecom power, data centre infrastructure, EV charging, renewable energy, energy storage and display, which it says nurtures the development of smart manufacturing and sustainable cities.
