Vision UK is setting itself up as a key exhibition for the machine vision industry.
It takes place on 11 and 12 October, 2017, at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry (UK).
The focus is on cameras, components and systems for applications in industry. It is targeted not only at component manufacturers, but it is also a forum for system suppliers and integrators. Imaging technology, machine vision and factory automation will all feature at the event.
Vision UK is a technology focus in a wider PHOTONEX event and is also co-located with Vacuum Expo.
As for the benefits of attending, the organizers told MVPro Magazine:
“VISION UK provides you with the opportunity to meet top suppliers that can help design your systems. They will be able to show you technologies that can automate elements of your production line to improve reliability and productivity. Meeting like-minded individuals and experts can open your eyes to a wealth of possibilities.
“Great components and effective system integration is essential to the development of a successful vision system for your process.”
The event is supported by the UK Industrial Vision Association which has organised a strong technical and application orientated seminar called Industrial Vision Works!. It takes place on the second day and shows visitors how to adopt industrial vision solutions to their processes, increasing reliability and product quality.
There will also be a one-day programme of talks entitled Hyperspectral Imaging – Technologies & Application-ready Solutions which will address the applications for hyperspectral imaging. It plans to dispel the myths and provide a pan-technology review, introducing applications and uses for this developing technique.
